Bodybuilding is a lifestyle not for the faint hearted, daily resistance and cardio sessions take its toll mentally and physically. The best bodybuilders won’t reach their peak physique till their mid-30’s meaning it’s a game of endurance.
Because of this it is important to look after yourself outside the gym so you can be your best in the gym. I have been working side by side with Philip to help with rehabilitation from existing injuries but also to developing my physique long term with methods such as cupping, medical & sports massage.
